Order
Acceptance |
| All
orders are subject to acceptance by A.Andrews & Co.(Mail
Order) Ltd. Please note that the minimum amount per order is
US$130.00.

Errors
in Printing |
| Any
error in this catalog is subject to correction. Change of
specifications by manufacturer is not within our control.
During the life of this catalog, item may be superseded by
newer model by manufacturer. The newer model is always an
improvement of the item dropped.

Damage,
Breakage or Shortage |
| In
the event of damage, breakage or shortage, claims must be
submitted to us with a survey report within 7 days upon delivery
of the shipment. If your claim is a minor one (less than US$25),
no survey report is necessary. Unless you follow this procedure,
we will not be able to claim the insurance company on your
behalf. If shipment is shot-landed or short-delivered, claim
must be submitted to the related carriers at your end with a
copy to us, so that we may follow up.

Shipping
Charges |
| We
can ship your order by air parcel post, surface parcel post,
airfreight ,seafreight, or courier. We always make shipment
promptly. However, it will be helpful if you will indicate
which method of shipment you perfer in your order. Alternatively,
please allow us to use our discretion to despatch your order
by the cheapest way we know best. You can estimate the shipping
costs by using the tables printed at the back cover of our
catalog.
Please
ask us for a quotation or proforma invoice if you want more
accurate estimate of the total cost of your order including
shipping charges.
